Kelly earned a degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University in 2002.  She has spent every moment since then learning and growing with and in the fitness industry.  Kelly holds over 20+ certifications in many different personal training and group fitness formats. 

Kelly's overall claim to fame is that she focus' on alignment and posture (Certified Posture and Alignment Specialist) because she believes, and has experienced the best results, when we learn how to move our bodies with proper form and awareness of how the entire body works as a unit.  Kelly trains for functional strength and mobility so everyone can move and feel better to get the most out of an active life at any age.  Kelly has experienced with training youth, athletes, special populations, post rehabilitation, active older adults, and our beautiful middle aged women. In her personal life, she has two amazing boys and loves anything outside including paddleboarding, hiking, biking, and running!  "I believe that athletes can level up with awareness of proper alignment for improved efficiency of performance."
